FESTIVE HANDBUILDING, pottery class, Sat 7th Dec, 2-5pm

During this 3 hour class we will show you how to hand build cone-shaped festive figurines and if time allows you'll be able to make a few hanging ornaments too.

This is an easy and relaxing class suitable for adults and kids 12 years of age and older.

We'll start with 15mins presentation to show you the basics of working with clay and decorating slips to make your own beautiful tree decorations. The rest of the time is yours to get creative.

We will glaze and fire your ornaments in time for Christmas and notify you when they're ready for collection.

The class is suitable for all level students- from complete beginners upwards. It is a great way to experience the pleasures of working with clay, spend time relaxing and focusing on one very much 'hands-on' task.

PLEASE, MAKE SURE YOU ARRIVE ON TIME.

CLASS SIZE IS LIMITED TO 6 STUDENTS per CLASS.

THERE ARE ON STREET PARKING SPACES AVAILABLE AROUND THE AREA, SOME ARE FREE OF CHARGE.

ON THE COMPLETION OF THE COURSE YOUR WORK WILL BE FIRED AND READY FOR COLLECTION OR SHIPPING (AT ADDITIONAL CHARGE) IN APPROX 4 WEEKS AFTER THE COURSE ENDS.

THIS COURSE IS SUITABLE FOR STUDENTS AGED 14 AND ABOVE.
