The plate features a Dublin skyline of rows of red brick terraced houses, Wicklow mountains and clouds gathering behind their soft slopes, a bright red sun, birds flying across and Poolbeg Chimneys - the city's landmark.
The design has been stamped on, creating a tactile relief effect on the surface. It has been hand painted with coloured slips to add colour and enhance the design.
It has a soft curve of a wide shallow bowl, with the lip gently lifting upwards.
The face of the plate is glazed, clay is left unglazed on the other side, for nice texture.
It is food safe and is suitable for dishwasher cleaning.
