At karoArt we make each piece in a fully handmade process.
Please, allow for small discrepancies regarding shape and colour as no two pieces can be identical.
SHIPPING INFO
We process orders within max 3 working days and usually dispatch them on Tuesdays and Fridays. Let us know if you require faster processing times and we will do our best to meet your needs.
*Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Spain, Finland, Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, France, Italy, Portugal(any additional taxes or customs charges are customer's own responsibility)

*Selected European Countries 4-5 working days (France, Germany, Switzerland,Spain, Belgium, Sweden )

Once the items ship we cannot accept any responsibility for delays may it be due to customs or busy shipping periods.
COMBINED SHIPPING
We always combine shipping to reduce charges on multiple items if possible. Any overcharges will be refunded to your account once the order is dispatched.
CUSTOMS AND TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
PACKAGING
As much as possible we re-use and recycle packaging products for shipping, so expect random outer boxes, newspaper off-cuts etc. If you can, please, do the same to further extend the life of packaging materials.
We take utmost care to make sure our ceramics travel safe and we usually double-box products.
RETURNS & BREAKAGES
Please, notify us within 7 days from the delivery date to return an item. Return shipping costs are buyer's responsibility. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Items purchased 'on sale' or made to order / customised cannot be returned or exchanged.
In an unlikely event the item arrives broken, please, retain original packaging and photograph both packaging and damaged piece. Contact us with the photographic proof of damage and we will either send a replacement or offer refund.
PURCHASING A GIFT
All our products come packaged in a branded cardboard gift box.
Please, let me know if you are purchasing a gift that is to be sent directly to the recipient; I will make sure the receipt is not included, the piece is gift wrapped nicely and I will be happy to attach a note with the message of your choice.
CUSTOM ORDERS
We are always happy to take on custom orders.
Please allow approximately 4-6 weeks for the piece to be prepared. This may take longer if unforeseen circumstances occur or we're working through unusually busy period.
Custom orders need to be paid for in advance of work commencing.
LAST CUSTOM ORDERS for Christmas Deliveries are taken in mid October.
