Purchased products can be shipped only after the full payment has been made.
Orders are sent to the shipping address provided by the customer..
Please, allow 3-5 working days for items to be dispatched.
In the unlikely event of a delay in processing of orders, customers will be notified by email.

Please note: Any customs charges or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Please allow approximately 4-6 weeks for the piece to be prepared.
The full amount of the value of the comissioned work needs to be paid in advance, before the work on a piece commences.
Custom work cannot be returned.
