DAMAGED ITEMS
Utmost care is taken when wrapping and securing pieces for their long journey to make sure they arrive safely.
However, accidents do happen and in the unlikely event of the piece being damaged in transport please contact us immediately. There are a few ways to resolve the situation.
RETURNS:
If you do not feel satisfied with your purchase, please let me know as soon as you receive it. You may return it in its original condition and packaging within 10 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. (Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.)
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of customized and personalized work made to order.
