This stoneware jug features Dublin Bay's distinctive Poolbeg Towers beneath a dramatic sky- pink and white, low hanging cumulous clouds over the horizon and an orange rising sun. The sandy clay body is decorated with coloured slips, accented by black sketchy outlines.
The jug's low-slung profile pairs a small drip-free spout and squared handle.
The interior is glazed for everyday use, while the unglazed exterior retains its natural, raw clay surface. It holds 1 litre of liquid.
